Betty Kah has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years Yoga and is a shining example of what Yoga can do to a nearly 60 years old body. She has been trained by all the founders of Yoga, Mr Iyengar, Pattabhi Joice, Desikahrshar, just to name a few and brings into her classes all the wisdom of the Hatha Yoga development that has happened in the West in the last 30 years. Her teaching is a combination of what is good in all the different practices and she joins them into Pujan Yoga and  makes then available not only for more experienced students but for inflexible and

maybe injured students as well.
