What Visa do I need for Thailand?

 

When you fly into Thailand you will receive a 30 day on arrival Visa. This can be extended on Koh Samui at the Immigration office for another 30 days, if you need to stay longer.

Due to the current global COVID outbreak, different quarantine restrictions, a special tourist visa and certain documents are now required by the government in order to enter Thailand. Please contact your local embassy to get updated information on the current process.

 

As Visa and other entry and exit conditions (such as currency, customs and quarantine regulations) change regularly in Thailand and also depend on your country of origin, we highly recommend consulting your nearest Embassy or Consulate of Thailand for the most up-to-date information available.

How to I get to Thailand?

 

The closest airport to Koh Phangan is Koh Samui. There are flights from Bangkok, Phuket and Singapore daily. From Koh Samui you will have to take a 30 minute ferry ride to Koh Phangan.

 

A cheaper option is to fly into Surat Thani Airport and take a 2-3 hour ferry ride from the mainland to Koh Phangan.

 

Other options from Bangkok are the overnight bus and train.

Is food provided on the course?

Included within our TTC we offer one nourishing delicious brunch daily.

(Except on Sunday - Day off)

Is accommodation included?

 

 No, the accommodation is the student`s responsibility. As the Island of Koh Phangan offers a variety of beautiful hotels, resorts and venues, we give you the chance to choose your own accommodation. There are many resorts and hotels just close by our venue. If you need any support we will be happy to help you to find the perfect place for you.

Can I arrive earlier for my TTC or stay later?

 

Yes you can arrive earlier. Please contact us before hand and update us with your travel plans.

What is the maximum number of students on the TTC?

 

In order to keep our training more intimate and personal we prioritize max. of 12 students capacity.

What literature can I read before my TTC? Do you have a suggested study list?

​

We suggest to have a look at Pujans book "Advaita Vedanta for ordinary people", as much of his Yoga philosophy teachings will be based on it.

Is the TTC Yoga Alliance certified?

 

Yes, all our Teacher Trainings (200hrs, 300hrs, Yoga Nidra) are certified by the Yoga Alliance.
